Our Story

Filling the gap between hotel and hands-off rental

Kasa Retreats began with a simple observation: travellers visiting Goa were choosing between crowded hotel rooms and impersonal rental stays. We created KaSa Retreats to bridge that gap — offering service apartments in Goa that feel like a home away from home, with the care of a personally managed stay.

Today, we run two boutique 1BHK apartments in North Goa — KaSa’s FernCrest in Siolim and KaSa’s PearlCrest in Arpora — designed for guests seeking space, privacy, and comfort with the reliability of professional management.
